It is a marketing, communication and sales management support startup business. There are many existing on the market, so how are we different: Utilize AgenticAI with human supervision to design, break down, manage and measure atomic activities. It is with understanding, what is the advantage and disadvantage of those, where are the checkpoints, what is the human role. It is not taking away human jobs, just the opposite - it lets marketing experts utilise their strong qualities. It utilizes the hidden resources of marketing experts with part time availability. A typical group is stay home mums with small kids. They have different partial availability, last minute emergencies, last minute cancellations. That is PERFECTLy fine with us. This is life. That meant that distribution, management and quality control should be embedded to the very core of the system We specialize ourselves in startups. However the sale would not necessarily be directed ONLY to startups, but more to investors. Investors are interested in transparency and measurability, which is usually quite tricky in the area of marketing, business development, community management etc. So our solution is not only providing the services, but (since we already concentrate on the distribution and management) provides a very transparent progress and measurement layer The another cornerstone is a constant measurement process on all activities and their impact and a constant assessment of activities vs the original business case (eg lean canvas statements with goals and steps) We provide value for both the startups AND the investors, where transparency is actually a good thing for both parties. We do NOT provide IT services. We package the IT capability WITH the business services and we provide those. We can scale with the startup and we are happy when we help as much that they can start doing their own marketing. We are happy for them and let them go with a very strong and formal handover with complete documentation. Of course in case we did well and want to continue consuming services from us, that is very much OK, but we don't take personal if they leave with satisfaction We are not competing on who can offer the lowest price. That does not mean we are not price effective. But that should not be a selling point We want social impact. Providing and measuring it - very important. At the moment stay home mums have very little chance to use their professional experience. That is our own experience and the sad reality now. If somebody has 5 hours of capacity, that should be used. A huge amount of capability is lost at the moment. Also people who lost their jobs recently. Probably they are still looking, but did not decide - let them use their (probably limited) capacity. Of course we would have employees when it's sustainable, but in the beginning we have a scalable capacity ourselves. We would focus on Switzerland, with Swiss based experts. Outsourcing the work to lower cost countries - that is against the intention of us. We understand that a person in Pakistan would do it for the portion of the price, but that is not the point of the exercise. We should spend a really good effort on measuring individual RESULTS of our tasks. This is an another main area where agentic AI can help with its unlimited patience. We may want to expose our way of working to other business areas which can be broken down to scalable activities.
